and that card must have same element or type with anycard we choose.

Yup, those are the valid choices.

The card doesn't HAVE to have the same or type if it clearly has a mechanic that synergizes well with both of them (Example using in-game cards: Discord (Entropy, permanent) has a mechanic that benefits well when used with Animate Weapon (Air, spell) and Crusader (Light, creature). But for simplicity sake, you should probably just make it one element so people would see the connection if necessary. ^^;

How do I handle an unactive partner? He sent me 2 pms, and we started a couple ideas, but i haven't listened of him yet, and the card isn't finished. Am i allowed to post the card alone if he doesn't make it on time?

Can it be in the Submittion Thread, so while we can look at the cards while we are voting, so we don't have to bring up 2 tabs/Internet Browsers?
