Q: Will the Competition Organizers finish the icon in time for this one?
A:  Moo!

Q: This is a Card Design competition, why is card art allowed in this one and not other CD comps?
A: Art can meaningfully contribute to the theme of this competition, while it might distract from the merits of each card in a more serious one.

Q(mathfrog): What qualifies a card as a fool though? Or are my only limitations that of my imagination?
A: Make jokes! Be happy! (It should be a valid EtG card. Beyond that, it's all up to you.)

Getting the cow's background to be transparent is difficult for me. Having the card border is a good excuse not to be transparent. If you or anybody else wants to make a better version, by all means, feel free.

That is a better version. Awards are only transparent background because they look better. this looks better and is clearer that it is what it is by being non transparent

The 32x32 looks better and it's easier to tell it's a cow. 16x16 isn't bad though.
