If the banners are going to be changed indeed, this competition is an excellent idea! I hope many people will participate because a change is a good thing and I hope all staff banners will be covered (and one member can design only three, so we need quite number of participants if we want to cover all).
Two questions:
-Is there a reward for a competitor other than using his art (forum icon for example)?
-Where we submit our arts, here in this thread or somewhere else?

- The MAIN reward for this competition will be a Forum Award Icon, as usual.
- Once a winner is voted, we may approach the Admin staff and the relevant staffers, and ask them to consider changing their banner. If there is more than one submission which is of an excellent standard, we may consider approaching those staffers too (although this has yet to be discussed) - so make them look amazing and the winner stands a good chance, though there is no guarantee, and it is not up to us to enforce change on other parts of the forum.
