I'm pretty sure that that tool you used for the eyes' iris(i/es/?) is forbidden though. .-.

All art submitted to that competition has to A) have been made with MS Paint or B) has to LOOK like they were made with MS paint. If it looks "advanced", it will be disqualified.

(For those of you with more advanced art programs! You are not allowed to use any advanced tool. Circular, square, and line brushes and pencils only 100% hardness; circle, square, rounded rectangle shape tools only; eraser; paint bucket tool; line tool. In other words, we discourage everyone from using a more advanced painting program.)

If it's made with MS Paint (or equivalent) it's good. If it's not, then the tools you are allowed to use are restricted.

What about this? I mean, pastel isn't exactly 100% hard

That restriction applies to programs that are not MS Paint, yes. The intent is to discourage people from using non-Paint programs. If you don't use paint, you are essentially penalized, because the title of this competition is MS Paint.

I had used the Windows 10 version of MS paint(not sure if the version makes a difference). To get that look I used the crayon setting on the paint can fill tool. If that is not allowed, I apologize as I thought all MS paint was allowed and will resubmit if that is what is required of me.

-I planned ahead which colors I'd use, so I started with creating shades of blue in the color tool.
-Bucket the background color, make a white circle and a circle with the background color on top.
-Spray tool until you run out of time

btw in b4 I get second place for the 4th time in a roll.

(MS Paint has those paintbrush tools that I used for the swirls. If they are outside the boundaries of the rules, then I can do something else, but if not, then there you go)

Made with MS Paint, therefore fine. I don't think there was nearly as much confusion in the last one, and the ruleset was literally copy pasted...
