Art Competition - Master's Flag
Masters, bruised and beaten but alive, have come out from the arena.
They now must sail the seas of the world they've conquered.

Your job: Draw the flag of the Master's Ship.

Light is unfortunately without a master this term, so it is excluded from the list above.

Still your job:

• One flag per Master, per person.
• Make a flag. Have fun.
• No parameters otherwise, to give you full creative license.
• Some things you should consider taking inspiration from: the element, Trials, the person him/herself.
• Here is a guide for good flag design. Feel free to use it, but as said above, you have full creative license.
• Post your submission here.

The perfect flag for Light would be a clean, white flag. Both because there is nothing to populate it and because white is the color of .

I'm looking forward to join this one. Now to decide which master deserves a flag... >_>

Just so we're all ridiculously clear on what "One flag per Master, per person." means:
You can submit only one flag. That one flag can only be the flag of one master.

Vera Greene submits a pure yellow flag for the Time Master.

Pierre Rock submits a red, white, and blue flag with random pink polka dots for Entropy Master.

Spoiler for Invalid Submissions:

Joan Yellow submits a green flag for Life Master, a purple flag for Death Master, AND a Dinosaur Flag for Aether Master.

Joe Shmoe From Down The Street submits a green and purple and dinosaur flag for Life AND Death AND Aether Masters.

I have not yet been contacted regarding possible designees/designs for flag.

I'll offer up this:

- My favorite grinder is PDials SoSa, 32 cards (3 Arse, 4 SoD from base build)
- Death's official color, as far as when I am Master, is #9966ff
- My favorite Death card is Arsenic
- I _love_ simple with meaning

Here is a guide for good flag design. Feel free to use it, but as said above, you have full creative license.

That's only a guide, it's not a rule to make a flag based on that guide

I did read the link, but to be blunt, following an optional guide to the letter can result in some really awkward-looking flags. I personally found going with creative freedom + picking and choosing the rules that worked best with my flag resulted in better-looking designs.

Indeed, that's why I wrote that

So, your flag has a good chance to win because I assume most of guys won't look it as a flag and that it doesn't follow principles of a good flag, but they will vote for an overall awesome picture of yours To me it's lame as a flag, but awesome concept and well-made picture

Now, I actually have problem with this issue myself, I'm thinking about joining this competition, but I'm not sure which direction I should choose. Follow actual flag principles or go for Zblader-like awesomeness? Hmmmm......

yeeaaa, you should. you're good at art, and i think this might be something you'd enjoy doing, since you're art is awesome anyway, you might get another nice little forum icon under your avvy
