I don't like submitting a card unless it has good art... whether I find it, have someone else do it, or do it myself.

I also spend lots of time on the wording and balance of the card.

What do you feel about the balance of your card? It creates a creature rather than instantly dealing damage. The dragon will continue to attack each turn afterwards. The closest thing I  can remember to this card was when someone made a bolt that added poison counters. Poison counters, like dragons, stick around to deal damage even after that one turn is passed, so that idea was shot down by the community. Additionally, the 3 for 10 makes this on par with fire bolt in terms of efficiency (although you need 5|4 + 1 card to play it).

It represents the speed and strength of getting dragons out with the Leaf Dragon deck.

Yes, it represents the speed and strength, I agree. The question I am asking is "is it balanced?"

It's on the stronger side, but yes it's balanced.

I'm amazed at what you guys came up with, I ended up side tracked with college papers and forgot about this competition.
Anyways, the submissions are unreal...

I'd vote for all of ya's, but alas, the Ray of Sunshine truly encompasses the idea of a deck in 1 card the best and it's balanced to a fair degree.
