As the title says, the main reason master titles exist is so that there are designated people monitoring and keeping up their own card section. Having said that, when new cards come out, the master of that element should start a discussion thread about it with the title "In Development: [card name]". Treat it like a normal card discussion thread, with the card images side to side and nothing else. This way we will have uniformity across the board.
Hopefully jmizzle doesn't mind me quoting him from a private board, but since the public has no way to access this information, I think it's best. Me and several other Masters have agreed that we need to enforce this more.
Here is the relevant part of my suggestion post in the Master's Dojo:
Seeing as random people are still posting whatever cards that pop up in development, I think it's time to bump this and bring it to attention. Please don't start a discussion thread about a card in development unless you're the master of that element. There's no hurry at all with these threads, and it just looks strange.
Unfortunately this topic is only visible to Masters, so I suggest we add a stuck guideline thread to the In Development board, and add a clause to the Forum FAQ (since there's no guideline thread for General Discussion) so that we can hopefully cut down on the number of random people who start the threads.
As zanz announced Sanctuary in chat yesterday, he asked that a topic be made so that he can evaluate suggestions and observe the discussion. I asked if there was a hurry, since Ryan666 wasn't online yet, and he said no. I PM'd Ryan, and a short while after, he posted the thread. Everybody's happy, and no one has to move threads from General Discussion into the correct board. Less work for everyone, and it looks a lot better with the right Master posting it. This goes for Card Changes as well.
Naturally if a Master goes absent for an entire day, I don't mind a different Master posting it. A non-Master should never do it, however, as it only increases work.
