Time to necro this old topic.

1.29 has no new fortunes, as shards cannot be spun by the Oracle. Speaking of which, the fortune for Shard and Malignant Cell are not in-game at all, so you can get rid of them, or put them in a separate trivial section.

This should really be moved to the Cards board and stickied.

Thanks. I was hoping that someone else could confirm this fact. Card Fortunes List is now in version V1.29 / V1.30beta .
Also, I'd really appreciate the sticky if possible.

Nah, not really. Shards are only gotten by winning them (effort through pvp or arena), or by donating. No need to make the oracle hand them out as well. Also, do you really want to see even more shards in the arena? As of now, a fully upped The ultimate is impossible, but with shards being spinnable, it is.
