I'm not sure about keeping the momentum and everything, wouldn't it be simpler to just copy the stats?  I like it that it doesn't copy abilities, otherwise it would be a cheap TU, but keeping only the positive and ignoring the negative seems iffy.  Otherwise, I can imagine this card being used quite a bit :3

creatures never die at the same time as it always has an order to it (based on positioning)

It's based on attack order not positioning I think (for plague anyway)

so pretty much only copy stats and abilities (in case of mutation it would still be the same as the mutated card) and its good? (obviously needs art)
