More reason to have PC, Light PC for air, boost for dive creatures. Cool. The idea came to me with one turn delay spells, a concept which I decided I really liked, but I made them permanents so slightly controllable, and you have the forewarning (You know what to use your CC on now, kill the divers! or at least lobo, if you havent already).
Had planned for the +3 to be temporary, but I've typed it like this, might as well see what happens.
Might make a few more, since I think this is a decent idea.
