one thing though.. how would your opponent know how many relics in hand? are they revealed? there has to be some form of check on this.. having a hidden value of relics in ur hand is not something i would want to face against.
oh ur creatures huge.. how many relics you have? ud never know if theres a bug or if its accurate.

If you don't check with precognition your opponent can bluff you  8)

its really not a bluffing thing.. but theres no way to tell that the game itself isnt going to have a problem with this ability. it would have look at ur hand and count how many relics you have and be accurate 100% of the time. idk how the coding would be for this but i dont think it would be very friendly. and if the opponent doesnt know if its right or not people will just jump to.. hax. maybe reveal ur hand while its in play?

i do like the art as well the relic in the pic works great with the card etc. its the card concept that has issues.

I never done any coding so I can't tell how this card are going to work but maybe a "how many relic in hand counter" with check/increase/decrease each time Fanatics enter in game and at each draw/discard could do the job?

If there is that much bug/cheat in Elements I don't mind if when someone has Fanatics in play all Relics in  hand could be see.

-Add the appropriate quanta icon symbol after the card's 'Cost' section (the value there implies that it only requires 3 generic quanta) - the table must match the card image
-Fix the ATK|HP values by using the divider or pipe symbol ('|') to separate your values, rather than using the ('/') symbol

It's an interesting card, but I personally dislike the idea of withholding useless cards to buff up another card. On the very slim chance that you could have 6 (upgraded or not) relics in your hand, you'd also have to ensure that you would need that  quanta in order to get these Zealots or Fanatics out. On top of that, unlike other cards, this forces people to farm for 'useless' cards (Relics are supposed to be 'vendor trash' for selling) to make worthwhile in their deck, which is kind of odd...

The mechanic of having a certain type of card in your hand though is interesting, but it would practically have no counter, as there are not many cards in game that can affect an opponent's hand (excluding Nightmare).

I don't made this to force people farming, it's just a way to find a use of an useless card, you get some relics anyway by playing and more easyly than most of other cards. I have 12 relics so far and can't get 6 of most of "normal" cards without buying it.

Practically No counter? Well... what about Dune Scorpion? It's not much but it's like Purify against poison...
And don't forget all the regular creature control to get rid of the fanatics.

Well, you're right about the 'no counter' situation (although I assume that shields, massive healing, and perhaps new mechanics that may be introduced in the future will help dissuade poison), but by 'finding a use of an useless card', it just seems like this card seems INCREDIBLY frustrating to build a deck around.  ???

I mean, I can see one deck using upped sundials and miracles (for stalling power) with these, light towers/pendulums, and relics. Of course, if you get a terrible draw, you'll end up with a bunch of useless cards in your hand (relics) until you get the Zealots or Fanatics out (which again, can also be countered by creature control). Personally, I wouldn't want to include this card in a deck to solely milk out the mechanic (i.e. - have a bunch of relics in my hand to gain a huge benefit with this), because it just seems like poor strategy on the player's part to have a bunch of useless cards to make use of another card. 

Just my extra cents anyway.
