you can use two quantum pillars to power this card, which will in turn generate your water poison quanta

Done. This was actually my first thought for the card, but I wasn't sure on balance and wanted to stay on the safe side.

The upkeep makes this card useless in basically every circumstance in which you'd want to use it.

The upkeep makes this card useless in basically every circumstance in which you'd want to use it.
Usage of Quantum Pillars makes the upkeep vanish and gives you card advantage over two pillars of each type. Also, what's your proposed change? Should I reduce the upkeep, boost the generation, lower the price, or something else?

This card+2 Quantum Pillars => 4 pendulums.  It's not worth it because it costs 3 :water to play and is less reliable than just packing 3 pendulums (instead of 2 QT + this), making it weak for a duo and only okay in a rainbow with heavy Water/Death usage.

Could use a lower cost and perhaps a lower upkeep to generation trade off (like 4 upkeep + generate :water :water :death).  Also maybe a :rainbow cost for the upgraded or both, since you don't want to force the player to already have :water to play this to get more :water.

Hm. Thinking about it, you're probably right. I guess I'll try to keep editing this, starting with changing around the cost into :rainbow.
