I like it. Maybe make the upgraded version cost 12 ? It reminds me of Miracle's cost, so maybe if more cards resembled Miracle, we can have a series in the future.

Point of clarification:  Is ALL remaining quanta consumed or just all quanta consumed?  If it's the latter, please change the card description to reflect this.

If you're on the brink of death, play this to gain an extra turn and then just hold your Miracle for your second turn to undo the damage taken.  If this is meant to be a last-ditch thing, it could decrease maximum health by half, but that seems a bit much to me. 

Also, once you end your turn (and start your next turn) any time/quantum towers you have should activate so draining all  doesn't do all that much unless you need a lot of it for some reason (a rainbow only really needs 3 to prevent deckout, and if they don't need that yet then they can use their hourglasses)

no, ALL the quantum, not only the time quantum, thought its clear, cause all other cards (miracle or fractal) have an element at the card (all aether quanta, for example)

then this card is UP

you will have the quantum, your pillars produce in a turn, and the chance of a 2nd attack of your creatures, plus and extra card, (with hourglasses more) where you could reverse an extra creature with eternety, for example, so i dont think card is underpowered.

I think it's just about right, because it would mostly help Mono-time or Duo-trio decks. Using this on a Rainbow has a high possibility of screwing you over if not used at the right moment.

that was my idea too, it would boost pharao-decks a bit (and they need it, at least at pvp) and makes t´mono- or duo-time much more interesting.
