possibly 15-20% but I can change that for balance
this sounds like an Entropy effect or there is a chance that it could fit the Aether/Entropy Hybrid known as Diseric.
this is aether because aether-wormhole and the cosmic rays mutate stuff, although the upped could be time as time is measured from point of least chaos to most chaos so putting them back in time would unmutate them.

hmmm... maybe if a sheild is placed after the activation of the wormhole it blocks the creatures, although they still ignore gravity pull?

complicated- yes, I was going for a fairly unique mechanic, situational-the first one? usually not. the second one? if played in conjunction with the first one, not really, if the probability is 20% and you have 5 monsters (not a hard feat) you get a mutant each turn so that's usually two mutants as well as any mutations or fallen elves you play.
also, please tell me what you thought of the art, I may be able to modify it to make it better- I still have the base components that I can re-mix.
