Agree'd, they might as well have Jade Staff have the heal ability for 1 life. These would would be OP with the easiest of strategies. The idea's are interesting, but you have to consider every aspect of your card in conjunction to other cards that would be used with it. If some crazy unstoppable combo is created, try revamping it to make it fair to the other cards.

Draculina is not OP at all just a oty with vampire stat and gains more ATK for life/light, I feel like it should cost 1 :darkness more but with the eclipse/nightfall it will be a little stronger than it looks.
And nekomata is a little over the border, and I think nekomata should be a death creature since it was Shinigami (death god) pet...

well guys note for nekometa thing that it gets -0/-1 not takes damage so you wouldn't be able to heal it (if the game has that impliminted)

Given what's coming in 1.22, I think it's safe to say that it's been implemented.  With that change in mind, I think Nekomata is just fine - -basically 40 HP on a stick, but spread over 4 turns.  I can deal with that.
