Voting Criteria

When voting, consider:
- Originality - how unique the card is/different from cards already in-game.
- Balance - whether the card itself is balanced enough to be in the game right now if possible.
- Theme - Whether the card chosen fits the theme of Duality (interaction with two elements, possible to be claimed by either of them), as well as if it fits the theme of the individual elements in the card.
- Strategy - What kinds of new decks this card could start if introduced.
- Creativity - How well the creator in question did with this round's rules. Round 1's rules were:

Notes:
Anarook submitted his idea Dawnbringer (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,27097.msg368276#msg368276) twice for two different rounds. Since his submission had the same element combination as Flayne's in Round 2, it will be moved to the Round 3 polls.

AngeDeMort, Rurarete, and Smurff.  And myself, of course.

Rurarete's picture was awful and his grammar was even worse, but I like the idea of the card better.  EmeraldTigers' cards' quanta aspect was tacked on just like Dark Cathedral's was last time, so AngeDeMort gets that one.  Smurff vs. Manipul8r was tough, but I thought Smurff's was the one that would have a better overall impact on the game.

As to Valkyrie, the idea is cleverish, but not great.  The unupped is weak for it's casting cost even without having to save up your quanta pools.  Upped might be decent in some circumstances, but wouldn't get used often by virtue of the fact that stalls generally lose Elements.

Event Horizon, on the other hand, is a finisher card, but not one that would make games shorter -- merely different, which is a good thing.  Variety is the spice of life!
