NOTES:
It spews capsicum powder basically. Also, rage pot sinergy. It's been a while since I posted a card idea here. Wording is consistent with Thunderstorm, and kinda with Fog Shield.

If it's unclear, creature will have 20% chance to miss their next attack.

"They have a 20% chance to miss next turn". Honestly, I don't think the wording was correct. Does it mean that the opponent has 20% chance to skip their next turn?
My idealized elements cycle:

I did not manage to fit the whole text on the card. Opponent creatures hit by Spray will have a 20% chance to miss their next attack.
This part might as well be dropped, because RNG bad, but it fits thematically with being Pepper Sprayed.

A Spray gives each creature a 20% chance to miss, or an 80% chance to hit.

For six Sprays:
Code: [Select]
0.8 * 0.8 * 0.8 * 0.8 * 0.8 * 0.8 = 0.262144Each creature would have about a 1 in 4 chance of hitting, at a cost of 18 fire quanta per turn (12 if upped).

I think this seems UP in terms of cost - could do with being cheaper, but I'm unsure how to reduce the cost.
Perhaps add a "Generate :fire per creature that hits" as a single ability shared across all Eaters? Is that even possible? Probably not. But I still think it seems too expensive.

EDIT : I realise I have overlooked the deal 1 damage thing. No, this is not too expensive.

You also have to consider that you're likely to not be using spray more than twice a turn, as it gets pretty expensive for pretty little, unless you get a BIG gain by doing so, and it's not a good idea to be packing 6 Pepper Eaters in a deck, unless you want to stall your opponent out.

Honestly, the 20% miss is just an added bonus, I'ld pack 6 in a deck for rolling mass CC myself.

Using this for mass CC would require massive amounts of quanta and could be moderately impractical (see old thunderstorm).
This is meant to slow down early rushes, help get more druidic staff heals in, kill weaker creatures, repeat the cycle, and generally increase survivability.
