Anyways, I'm thinking of possible nerfs to this, I think so far maybe lowering the stats to 2 | 0 and increasing the cost by one for both.

I can make one if I think it's really good and want to add it, but otherwise it's not really necessary.

I think increase the ability cost to 3 and the playing cost to 3 for unupped and 2 for upped. Then the stats should be fine.

Skyline sounds okay for an ability name. Or maybe weather front?
