I like this a lot.
I love the idea, and I think it fits the element.
As far as quanta cost goes, I haven't a clue.

I think it is too cheap for two reasons:
  • It is like one card that PCs every weapon in your enemy's deck. Granted most decks don't include more than a few weapons. However, it is quite annoying when there are cards in your hand that you can't even dump.
  • 2 :light is easily splashable, which seems like it would have too much impact on the metagame.

My intuition is it should be 5 :light | 4 :light, but I could be convinced otherwise.

Also, as it is written, it is a way to destroy immaterial weapons, which is iffy according to many people.

Otherwise, I like it.

Possibility to nerf it without upping cost is for it to simply disable the opponent's weapon slot until it is removed.
