If it requires you to set the effect off, like paradox etc. Its and Activated Ability. Activated abilities have to be Active Abilities by default due to the mechanic of you clicking the creature.

Trigger active abilities =

If the ability requires no action on your behalf but occurs when the creature has its action or another effect occurs, it is a triggered ability.

Passive abilities and trigger active abilities stack !

I like the effect how you describe it. But, it´s not that what is standing on the card(or I´m just to silly). I think the card text should changed into something like: "This cards gains the same passive ability as the last summoned creature". I would include, that the skill changes if there are several creatures summoned or it doesn´t even have a skill. Also, I would raise the cost a bit. It´s too mighty, in my opinion.

There is a problem. Venom and Bioluminesence aren't passive abilities. They are active abilities with a trigger.

Anything listing under the Picture on the battlefield is an Active ability.
You can only have 1 Active ability regardless.

If it requires you to set the effect off, like paradox etc. Its and Activated Ability. Activated abilities have to be Active Abilities by default due to the mechanic of you clicking the creature.

If the ability requires no action on your behalf but occurs when the creature has its action or another effect occurs, it is a triggered ability.

Anything listed in the Info box under passive is a passive ability.
You can have 2 at this stage. They work by keyword reactions.

There have been requests to make triggered active abilities into passive abilities because they take up space, but in doing so, the game would change considerably. You could butterfly effect a Vulture and still have it scavenge per se.

How about:
"0) Learning: Gain target creatures Ability as a Passive ability. Activated abilities have no effect."

This would grab Bioluminesence and tack it into the creatures Passive ability list. When it does so it pushes the keywords along once so you lose the oldest passive ability if you copy another and already have 2 (o whatever the limit ends up becoming).

It could gain
Mutation
Flying
Ranged
Burrowed/Immortal/Invunerable
Scavenger

Maybe more, but I can't think right now.
Anyway, I like the card.

kalkiran, a card with that ability is already up for voting in the aether crucible- blue mage.

I like the idea behind this card gathering up passive abilities that are in play.

Yup.

Maybe me forgot to add this part
"Gain creatures Ability as a Passive ability."

This would grab Bioluminesence and tack it into the creatures Passive ability list. When it does so it pushes the keywords along once so you lose the oldest passive ability if you copy another and already have 2 (or whatever the limit ends up becoming).
