"Remember, let the blades do the work"
A weapon variant on the reverb effect seems quite fitting in the air element. The upgraded version becomes available to all elements. Much like animate weapon, this is to promote the utility of the effect to other decks. In this case, it is to give a broad range of decks access to reverb. This is important because it means that any deck could have access to reverb, which should help to stabilize the meta somewhat since reverb is a built in double edge if your opponent is also making use of reverb cards.
Here 'Return to deck' is different from 'rewind' because this effect sends the card to a random location rather than the top of the deck.
If the ability is used by a crusader, the crusader returns to the owners deck. This should help promote crusader combos since it would allow you to recycle / upgrade crusaders as the blades grow in power.

Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
