temporary lobo is a neat one-turn cc mechanic, but i would recommend a few things-
the cost: my rule of thumb is atk value + 1 (for moderate mono quanta ability)
the stopping of attacking: would remove this, steps on the wardens toes
the good atk/cost ratio: the primary mechanic is defensive, making it also decent offensively makes it too appealing
the theme: not sure how a shadow or shade is related to choking. also think there could be a better elemental fit than darkness, which tends to benefit at the expense of the opponent, rather than just halting them
Ever watched Darth Vader in Star Wars? ... You underestimate the power of the DARK SIDE of the elements... lol.
I think the ability fits darkness fairly well if not best. If the Star Wars analogy doesn't convince you, just think of how many times some kind of a "dark life sucking" fog / mist / shadow has been used in horror films. Its pretty iconic... and strangulation definitely screams "Darkness" to me.
The only other elements I can think of that would work would be
and
(probably need to change it to a drowning idea for the water though).
Other than that, I pretty much agree with moomoose on all the other points.
I do really like the one turn lobo idea a lot.
