The ability will allow a means to extend evasion based anti-CC to non-air creatures and also give a means to move allies about the field. The latter will be important to a new series being developed to explore "Field Slot" based combat mechanics. Thematically, this cards ability represents use of rapid, chaotic movements in order to help throw off the opponent's ability to target the creatures involved. The targeting evasion chance will stack if multiple Flutters are used upon the same creature in a given round. This should help make this card distinct from SoFr by making it more potent as a means of protecting a single creature, but less powerful as a means of protecting multiple allies and more costly to maintain in the long run. Upped is OP compared to Micro Abom. (or is it Micro which is UP?)
+1 attack, +skill to evade. The only downside is HP, which is still oneshot to Lightning both.

Hmmm... I do see the point there. Both can also be one-shotted by shockwave.

On the other hand, micro abom can survive:
-Owl's Eye
-Unupped otyugh
-Firestorm
-Thunderstorm
-Dryspell
-Unstable Gas
-Plague (for multiple rounds)
And probably several I didn't think of.

My dilema is this:
-I want the upped to be cheaper, but easier to kill.
-If I lower it to 2 attack it is probably UP next to damselfly which is a 0 cost 2|1
-I'm not sure how highly the evasion bump should valued in terms of cost

Any ideas on what to do?

Micro abomination is not UP with 2 attack because of Butterfly Effect in my opinion (Dreamcatcher demonstrates this pretty eloquently). Also for 1 more cost, minor phoenix has 4 attack and is really annoying to take down.

The evasion is not so powerful because it lasts only one turn and so it is expensive to maintain, but I think you should be worried that this is in the same element as SoFre and may buff air rushes that are packing the upped version solely for the attack/cost ratio, not the ability.

Maybe you could keep the cost at 2 and give the ability a buff for the upped one (higher probabilities). This would also require less moths in the deck to get the same effect.

Now it's better. I didn't post any suggestion because i didn't find any that would be good.
Now compare Damselfly. Same stats, one has build-in pillar, this has build-in evasion.
Does the 2/3 SoFr effect requires a cost increase?
