There edited it. The upped one destroy an opponent's permanent, but requires the absorption of 3 quanta per turn as well.

Still not enough. Even when it costs three times an explosion, this cards gives you infinite explosions to your deck plus 6 empty slots for more cards (taking away explosions). There is just one card on the whole game that protects perms, so when I see that my opponent plays that card I'll just pray to be in the middle-final time of the game and to be very settled on the field.

Being honest, the only maintenance is sacrifice own perms.
