Totally OP. Such massive damage dealers won't have a chance to get into the game, they're just too abusuable.

I have no idea what this looked like before, but I'm kind of curious.  The listed card isn't that OP?

It used to deal 40 damage (50 when upgraded) to both players.

As for the card now: I think it targets by randomness? Does it round up or down?
However, I'm not sure how to use this card effectively. Do you have an example?

If you have only pillars you can destroy useful perms from your opponent.
If 20% is rounded up, you can also have a pilarless deck or an immo deck with few pillars and do the same.
It is less situational that what it seems, but the mechanic doesn't fit  ... more  ?

To ginyu: targeting is random, and it rounds up, I suppose.
