Looks alright, but maybe a bit expensive considering it's a life card. 2 quantum off should be alright.

Pelakka Iguana is essentially a Creature + 1/2 a Heal (reduced to balance card advantage)

The effect is balanced at +1 :life cost from a normal creature.
Cost: 6 :life|4-5 :life
