That being said, this still seems a bit OP. 3 Light quanta should be good enough - remember, it also has 6-9 hp.

Also, maybe it's just my atheism, but how does the name and card match?

I'd say it's very underpowered.
Is there any way to use it's ability for your advantage?
Because if it's only a negative then it's weaker than most cheap creatures (eg. Deja Vu 2 x 2/2 for 2 , Graviton Guard 3/5 for 2 etc.)

I still don't understand the point of this card.  If it read "is instead afflicted" that would make sense.  But why damage a perfectly good creature for no benefit?  It doesn't state that healing goes both ways either.
