i wouldn't talk if i didn't do at least this (and adapt my monitor resolution to a more normal size)..
but even with this the card's quality is low and the size is different from those i posted (that used the designed tools given in the site), so this means that something goes wrong during the process..

Oh... hm. If you saved the card image on your computer, and uploaded it onto 'imageplay.net', did you change the resolution accidentally with the 'resize' option? Or did you hyperlink it manually somehow?

Okay.

Here's what I did in Pixlr:

1) Opened up the Element's card template pxd file, and did the necessary changes to get the background and whatnot in shape.
2) Saved your image onto my computer, and then uploaded it into Pixlr directly.
3) Made a new 'layer' file approximately 256x256 pixels wide with a transparent background
4) Selected All (Ctrl + A) the image, copied, and pasted it into the 'new' file, flattened the image, then used Free Transform (Ctrl + T) to stretch it to the current length, and saved it that way.
5) Repeated step 4 and pasted it into the card template
6) Added water marks, changed the description a little bit, and a few other things
7) Saved it as a .jpg onto my computer, and uploaded it directly into Imageplay without resizing
8) And....  8)

This card is a good idea. Yeah, its fucking sweet. It shouldn't cost aether though... its purely a water spell.

This card is still a bit overpowered.
You should increase quanta cost to 8/6.
(Btw, your two new images don't have any difference, upgraded and unupgraded)
It does less damage than fire storm, but if neither card kills the enemy this one would be better by default.

The images don't have to be different between upped and unupped.  Take Lycanthrope|Werewolf for example.

I will change the quanta now.

Edit: Maybe I could ad some lightning to the upped one, but don't hold your breath.  Image modifying is not my forte.

I know I'm double posting, but this post is completely unrelated to my previous one, so it seemed not right to lump it in with that.

@Kuroaitu-  The Ctrl+A  selects all, but the image doesn't paste.  I tried Ctrl+V and the paste function under the Image tab. My image is already flat.  It's a jpg (I also have a bitmap version) 
However, I worked around the Ctrl+A mess, and it really increased the quality of the art. +Karma!

I tweaked the card and saved it as a .jpg onto my computer and added it through Imageplay without resizing.  It's still small.  Oh well.  It's not that big of a deal to just click on it.

You need to fix your Images and Table before this has a chance to move to the crucible.

I don't understand what the Aether use is supposed to be, Cards can't cost more than 1 element and Spells can't have activated abilities.
You might also want to dictate how the 3 targets are chosen as the game engine can't handle sequential targets.

Sorry about that.  I forgot to get rid of the aether bit in the table.  Fixed.

I was thinking it would be like using three 'Freezes'.  If the game doesn't like that, I could nerf it so it deals two damage and freezes one target and freezes the two around it.  The cost would have to go down, though.

Sorry about that.  I forgot to get rid of the aether bit in the table.  Fixed.

If that's the fixed version, I'd hate to see the unfixed one.

It was under construction. There were some tags in the wrong place.  I had to redo the whole table twice.  The pictures are still small, but it's a bit better.
