Okay.
Here's what I did in Pixlr:
1) Opened up the Element's card template pxd file, and did the necessary changes to get the background and whatnot in shape.
2) Saved your image onto my computer, and then uploaded it into Pixlr directly.
3) Made a new 'layer' file approximately 256x256 pixels wide with a transparent background
4) Selected All (Ctrl + A) the image, copied, and pasted it into the 'new' file,
flattened the image, then used Free Transform (Ctrl + T) to stretch it to the current length, and saved it that way.
5) Repeated step 4 and pasted it into the card template
6) Added water marks, changed the description a little bit, and a few other things
7) Saved it as a .jpg onto my computer, and uploaded it directly into Imageplay without resizing
