Fixed the text and rebalanced the card.

- Now it has 2 hp for both versions, negating the immediate absorption of the Ruby dragon.
(So it has to absorb something else first, (Pheonix for example).
- It now costs 5 :fire for both versions since the only buff it gets is its attack (+1)

Is there any more comments or suggestions before it gets sent for crucible?

For future reference with the new card curators:

 Please refer to Kuro for instructions because Kuro already posted here and mentioned the upgraded sign on the table was not necessary, however He never mentioned the title, And it is odd for him not to correct me on such an obvious requirement.

also it would be wise if any changes made to the card making rule were announced to everyone on a thread or something.

For now, I will adhere to your instruction of removing the text from the title, but I am distrusting of it, especially since no other curator has ever made any mention of it ever since I made cards in such ways.
 I believe the wise thing for you to do is check with kuro.
