The danger comes from the number of piranhas, a medium-large flock of several hundred individuals in a few minutes can strip the flesh off a sheep or a horse, and while going around it seems to literally boil the water.

As I said in chat I'd think it'd be a great idea to have a :water mark as a requirement for the Ambush skill.

This solves a part of the problem of this card being to strong (possibly) when using Mitosis or Fractal (a water mark makes it a bit more difficult to acieve in certain PvP events). Also "every Piranha in game" means that they gain damage from opponent Piranha's aswell, do you want that to happen?

Don't forget to fill in the "Art by..."

I think is should be Piranha.

Theme of Ambush sounds a bit weird. I don't see Piranhas really ambushing anyone, plus it doesn't really describe the ability effect. Swarm is much close to what it does, but that's already taken by Scarabs.

But the mechanics fir the theme pretty well, although I personally would like to see this mechanic as a :life card called "Pack Wolf" because it fits better to wolves who hunt as a group and have a clear strategy that makes them dangerous. Pirahnas lack the intelligence to work as a team imo.

If you want every piranha to affect all others, you should probably change the wording to "every piranha on the field". That just sounds better and might be easier to understand. Other than that, it can be OP in some cases, so add some requirement for Ambush. Also, ambush doesn't sound right for the ability, since ambushing is attacking someone, and the ability is more of a power-gaining thing. And you spelled piranha wrong.

Yes, "ambush" is better for cards like pack wolf, I know that card, but I've found this about Piranha:

Sorry if translation is not perfect. 1 Piranha is not so dangerous, but they can devour an horse when are many, and it's a fish about 30cm :D
"Working as a team" is not linked with intelligence, you can think to ants for example.
Name of skill could be something like "shoal"?

1. Pretty sure that there are complications with your art permissions. Use stock images (http://www.sxc.hu is a good place to start) or see if you or a community member can create some art for it.
2. As Jappert mentioned, what happens when both players have Piranhas in play? Will it count Piranhas on the opposing side?
3. If the answer to #2 is no, then we already have the Swarm ability template from Scarab that can be used.
