I like the Mummy/Pharoah concept, and I also like Arondight's Reinfield idea, so I thought I'd throw out some others. 

 :life Wood Golem becomes  :fire Fire Golem when targeted by Firelance/Firestorm
 :fire Fire Golem becomes  :darkness Ash Golem when targeted by Ice Bolt.
 :water Ice Elemental becomes  :air Steam Elemental when targeted by Firelance/Firestorm
 :air Steam Elemental becomes  :water Ice Elemental when targeted by frozen/congealed

 :death Corpse becomes  :darkness Frankenstein when targeted by Lightening
 :time Clockwork Golem becomes  :gravity Robot when targeted by Lightening

 :death Ghost becomes  :light Reborn Soldier when targeted by Holy Light
 :death Plagueling becomes  :life Giant Rat when targeted by Holy Light
 :life Giant Rat becomes  :death Plagueling when targeted by Alphatoxin

 :earth Sand Elemental becomes  :earth Mud Golem when targeted by freeze/congeal

Dr. Jeckle  :time becomes   :life Mr. Hyde when targeted by Rage Elixer

 :death Flesh Golem becomes  :earth Stone Golem when targeted by Stone Skin

 :entropy Chaos Mist becomes  :gravity Iron Sphere when targeted by Gravity Pull.
 :gravity Iron Sphere becomes  :entropy Chaos Mist when targeted by Chaos Seed/Chaos Power

This concept opens a large dynamic to the elements game.  These are just ideas to get us all thinking.

Definitely want cards like these, like you said, it adds a new dynamic and depth to the game. As it is a virtual card game, I thought we needed something like this.  :)

I was going to make another for Fire.

Brawler 3/4 :fire

When Brawler is destroyed by Rage Potion or the effect of Fire Nymph, summon Berserker.

Berserker 9  :fire

20/3

When Berserker attacks, you lose 20 HP. If Berserker does not attack or is blocked by a shield, Berserker takes 2 damage.

Something like that.  :)

Edit: Here's some other ideas I haven't posted yet, either.

Giant 3/4 :earth

3/6

When Giant has been petrified with Basilisk Blood or Auburn Nymph, it is replaced with Colossus.

Colossus 9 :earth

[insert deepest Earth Ability that you desire].

Dwarf Planet 3/4  :gravity

When Dwarf Planet is effected by Gravity Pull, replace Dwarf Planet with Planet.

Planet 9 :gravity

[Insert deepest Gravity Ability that you desire].

Too many ideas for me to go through one by one, but I really liked the first ones mentioned, elemental and golems.

this idea is great, but i dont like where for example:
 Chaos Mist becomes   Iron Sphere when targeted by Gravity Pull.
  Iron Sphere becomes   Chaos Mist when targeted by Chaos Seed/Chaos Power

unless this happening is a passive skill wont it just be turning a creature into another creature and if one is higher attack or health then why would you want to turn one into the other so alot of this will have to be reworked but i like how all these ideas are coming out where there is one for each elements

Beat you to it on the Water/Fire one.

I like the idea, BUT there shouldn't be one for every element. Rather have say, 3 or 4 elements which have something like this.
Out of the ones mentioned above, these are my favourites.

Also, something to do with Chaos Seed/Power and Gravity Pull. But player's shouldn't have to fatten up their decks with 6 Gravity Pulls and 6 New Creatures just so they can use this effect. See my example where simple Fire Damage is enough to trigger the change.

Mummy < :time rewind :time < Pharaoh

Ice Spectre < :fire damage :fire > Water Elemental < :fire damage :fire > Steamlord
Water Elemental < :water frozen :water > Ice Spectre

We should capitalise on the obvious and not have players think about it. A new player might not really understand all of this concept

The idea for some of these is the same as the mummy/pharoah/rewind combo, but for some of the others the idea is more like the phoenix/ash.

Some of the abilities would have the primary bonus that your creature is essentially immune to a particular spell. Just like mummy is essentially immune to reverse time. For example:

 :air Steam Elemental becomes  :water Ice Elemental when targeted by frozen/congealed

so the enemy would have to use 2 congeal's to freeze the creature.

This is just a concept discussion.
