But I think this should be a specific-targetting card. Ability is Iceshatter, and it deals 5 damage to any frozen creature.

That was my original idea, but it was pointed out that this might make it a bit too much like Eagle's Eye.  And since water tends to freeze a lot of different things, this seemed more interesting to me.

i think the ability cost needs to different. fire comes to mind first, but that does ruin the aesthetics of the card.  this plus permafrost shield is already quite powerful. not letting it stay mono would help. also instead of increasing the damage done to frozen creatures for the upped version from one to two, i would better one of the other stats. reduce the ability cost from three to two is what i would do.

Alright, I modified the upgraded ability cost and updated the pic.  I think that's pretty good for now?

Are you using Pixlr to make your Images?

Looks like you wanted to use the elemental icons but couldn't.
When making the card open the source for the smiley version of the element icon you need and copy and paste the image as a new layer in the image editior. Then duplicate it as required and move it to the correct location. For the text in the card box use 2-3 spaces in the text and the icon will fit in the gap.

Personally i like the card and have only one question.

Why not make it work like Fire Shield? You could then synergise with the Ice Shield making it quite an interesting combo. If you were to do this you proably want to raise the cost of the card though and lower the attack.

Maybe:
Frostbite:
Cost: 6
Damage: 3
Ability: Inflicts 1 damage to every frozen Creature at end of turn

Frostbite (Upped)
Cost: 6
Damage: 4
Ability: Inflicts 1 damage to every frozen Creature at end of turn

The other suggestion in this was to make the damage at the start of your turn thus providing better oppurtunity for creature control.

Just ideas but I like your work.
