Forest archer is very powerful.
Life has very cheap creatures, so the archer is almost as good as immortal.
At first glance seems very OP, but there's a limit to the amount of creatures (photons) sacrificed, don't know what to conclude with.

Sea archer.. maybe underpowered? lycantrophy gives the same attack but also add hp and only costs 1 or two quantums...
The sea archer starts with more attack though, but is very killable.

Flame archer and empathic bodn is instant win, too lazy to come up with a solution (A)

Panic archer is ok i think... PU be a problem though.

Ether archer is OP, you're introducing a new kind of status?
Copying cards from the opponent is very powerful,
This one is too hard to kill with a powerful ability

Sand Archer...
The opponent skipping his turn part of this is OP
The ability is weak though, it's a lobotomize for a turn.
lobotomize costs less than this and is permanent

Hopefully I didn't miss anything

Ether is hard killable, but you never know if you copy creature spell or permanent and when you draw it.
Sand archer can skip draw of the opponent just once I don't it's OP, most of decks are using golden hourglass

I like the archer series you have. Just a few things:

Forest Archer. Personally a great idea, good use of skill and having the immortal unless a life creature is in play works for me. Maybe lowering the Hp and Damage would counter balance it as life tends to spam creatures out pretty fast. Otherwise good card only need is balance.

Sea Archer: At the moment the main problem is there is no graveyard. Therefore it cannot bring back the sacrificed creature. A way around this would be to have it summon a random Archer when this creature dies. Or something like that.

Flame Archer. Use this and you win instantly if you have a Life|Fire or Fire|Darkness combo. Both Luife and Darkness heal you. So in my Darkness deck I currently do around 36 damage with my Vampires, add this (another 5 per raise Hp) and I do 66 Damage per turn. Amazingly powerful. Maybe if you rewrote the card to say: If you end the turn with more Hp than you started Deal 5 damage to your opponent. That way it only inflicts once.

Panic Archer: PU is a problem. But not too much. I assume it is 1-3 X number of Panic Archers in play? That would make it particularily over powered at times. (If I had 5 of these out I could poentially have 5 15|15 creatures for the cost of 2 :entropy or free with a discard)

Ether Archer: Looking and copying from the opponents hand is a bit much I would say for coding at the moment. This card is OP would need to be 1-2 Hp making it easy to kill. The ability is ok if it could be coded. Maybe make it random that way you don't overbalance it.

Sand Archer: i can see the uses for a time Lobo but not really many of them. The main problem is the skip turn, potentially you can have 6 turns before they have one which is overbalanced.

Nice ideas and an interesting set. Keep it up.
