Doesn't it some way go against , where one if its strategy is to mass produce skeletons?

Acid sounds more like a concept than a permanent. If you're making it a permanent I think it has to be something like... I dunno... acid rain? Acid spray?

Also, does the effect stack?

I think acid is more of a permanent, because it slowly eats away at something, and is supposed to be killing things slowly, isn't it?

And yes, the effect stacks.
