It's also meant to have a very interesting synergy with Steal. This can target players, permanents, and creatures. It also only applies to abilities that are manually activated. Formula for the unupped (small chance) is 50%/casting cost. This is the same wording and same general formula skull shield uses. Formula for the upped (decent chance) is 75%/casting cost. If YES, then it chooses between the two possibilities with an even chance. [table will go here] SERIES:

Reverse effect of PU would be non-existence (i.e. removal, no death effects), fractal would act normally as it doesn't effect the creature itself, and I'm not sure how gaining abilities would be treated yet.

A reversed lobo/psionic wave would random change the ability of the creature to any of the 23 mutation abilities
