Um, it looks good. Good in combination with Flood. Nothing much to say, I think its' balanced perfectly.

I wonder how this card will ever be used. To combat flooding? Not consistent enough IMO.

My bad didn't think of the possibility that it could use to boost flooding.

It scatters both fields, but the creatures stay on their own sides

It should be read as 'Scatter all creatures randomly across the field'.

It's a no-brainer to have this card pair up with Flooding (when your opponent is using non-water cards) to really screw them over. I'm guessing this doesn't affect Quinted/burrowed creatures though, since they can't be targeted.
