creatures "or" permanents? Did you mean "and"? Or if not, is it just random as to whether it's the creatures or permanents?
I can't remember if this has been done or not, but quite like it, and although it fits  :aether thematically, I doubt  :aether would like it that much as that's where most immortal creatures are :s

While I'm not too big of a fan of the shield vulnerability, I love the Immaterial-phasing!
Just think, I'll be able to buff my aether dragons and such... hehehehehe... >:3

All creatures AND permanents on the field invert their immortal status (sorry for my wrong english).

Indeed you can buff your own phase dragons but they are vulnerable for one turn too ;)

-Add a  :aether icon after the card's COST in the tables so that it matches the image (it should read '4 :aether' for example instead of just '4', unless you're implying that it requires generic quanta to play)
-The art link you provided must be specific in that you need to link it to the direct page where you received the art.

great idea! i feel this game really need some Anti-Quintessence Card~i love it !then i can rewind the immortal Lava Golem ~ seems a buff to Anubis too~ :P

With this card could  i destroy opponent's Morning Glory?
