The Activator you have chosen is Unaligned. Does this mean you wish to have it work more efficiently with Quantum Pillars|Towers?

The spell effect that is on the upgraded version changes the whole role of the weapon from a creature removal tool to a simple brute force upgrade. Often it has been suggested that the original Chaos seed is better than the upgraded version. What considerations have you made on this or is it simply a Spell on a stick collection?

It is intentionally unaligned, yes. 

As to the second question, the answer is "both".  It is intended to be a spell-on-a-stick collection, but I have also thought carefully about the roles of the various wands.  I decided in the end that I like the difference between the normal and upgraded wand; each has it's place in a mono-Entropy deck and there's a good reason for someone to want each.  While an individual Chaos Seed might be better than an individual Chaos Power, there is a huge difference between having one and having the ability to cast them continuously: eventually, the enemy will run out of targets, but you'll always have something to buff.

I like this a lot, since Chaos Power is only useful if you can spam it, but it takes up too much needed space for essential cards when making a deck. As for the Chaos Seed version, it seems kind of scary, because sometimes you can Twin Universe with it. I forget the other random effects—mutation, bolts, freezes, heals, buffs? Due to the randomness and cost, I think it would work, but it still feels kind of too strong. The upgraded version is basically like giving a randomize growth to any of your creatures at will and the unupgraded version can potentially control the field.

Well, it was a hard choice between keeping it generic and middling-high (so it would work w/Quantum Pillars) and keeping it and lower.  I chose generic and high.

I would love to see Chaos Power removed from the upped wand, and instead have both wands only give Chaos Seed. Instead have the upped card cheaper to play and/or activate, or make it deal more damage.. Chaos Seed is so much more interesting, and not always beneficial. Its more chaotic, thus more chancy, thus FAR more entertaining. Otherwise, everyone will just upgrade this wand as soon as possible, making the unupgraded one somewhat undesirable, in-and-of itself. Also, this would bring chaos seed back into the scheme of things, due to the vast differance with its upgrade, not many people untilize the chaos seed. This card could change that. Other than this, I find that this card idea is by far one of the best on the forums. Its really cool.
