I suppose the cards are a bit high cost, but a deck along these lines is really really dangerous and seems to have all bases covered.  Especially since poison stacks, this is just scary.  Can take out huge creatures in minimal amounts of time.

1 Plague per turn...OP?  It's like a Thorn Carapace that costs 4 + 2 per turn (upgraded!) to use.   Can that really be considered OP?

This card: massive creature control + cheap cost + mono + its poison damage + weapon = OP
Thorn: good creature control + high cost + mono + might not effect + poison damage + shield = fine

How can you call it "cheap cost"?    Thorn Shield = 7 -- one time.   Wand of Tartarus = 4 up front, plus 4 plus 2 EVERY TURN.  That's 3 more quanta for a single use, plus 6 more every turn you want to use it in the future.  And that's upgraded, versus an unupgraded Thorn Carapace. 

It practically demands the 2 damage per turn from the Weapon aspect just to make it valuable enough to use.

I like it. I would use it as a reason to make a more death based Rainbow for FGs. But, that's maybe only because there aren't any other spammable effects like that other than Air Nymph—which I don't have.

thron shield tho it MIGHT NOT EFFECT but this is 100% chance to add 1 poison to each creature thus it is OP......

Seeing your point about the Thorn Shield, I realize I overreacted and it's not that bad.  This would allow you to run mono death with all those cards that benefit from creatures dying though, making it quite a bit better than the shield.  Who wants to pay all that  while using predominantly  cards? 

You're right though, it is pretty balanced.  Potential to be very good, but by no means a game breaker.
