ART: The Dictator IDEA: The Dictator NOTES: Can only be used on creaturesCan be used on your own creatures, (to counter fire wall, thorn carapace, ice shield)A blinded status will be indicated by a counter on the creature, just like poison.For each blinding counter, the creature has a 10% change to miss (additive). So with 5 counters, it has a 50% change to miss. It stacks with duskmantle or fog shield, so 6 counters + fog shield = 100% change to miss.After each attack, one counter is removed, 2 for a creature with Intuition. Yes, this card is designed for the the quanta related spells series as well as the new passive ability competition (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,9387.0.html).

I made the card with the idea to give light some control.
