NOTES:	This is based on Priori quanta, check out the pseudoquanta thread for that (though this is the first card to incorporate it). Element changes depending on the element of the last card you played. If the last card played was Other, then a random element is chosen. Unupped gives random benefit to target. Upped gives different enhancements depending on the element that it possesses at the time the skill is used: , : Immortality , : Invisibility , : Mutation , : Momentum , : Stat bonus , : Random ability

ummmm..... good idea but i do not think this be allowed to go anywhere because of the Priori quanta

well that is good. i like the idea tho and if people complain about prior you could change the ability to match your mark
