Now that mine is knocked out, I can say that I got put up against what I think is the best card by far of Rd 1.  That was a really good design, Manipul8r. =D

I voted for Manipul8r's Chronophage. It was very similar to a dual pillar which would have been the Keep it Simple answer to the challenge.
Other cards had problems with Elegance(simplicity), Balance and Focus. [The focus evaluation is only in reference to this competition. No comment on cards in the IF sponsored Quanta Generator challenge.]

(the cards I did not vote for did show that some of the authors have a decent head start in some of these 3 categories)
