Mono fire seems to be the only GOOD deck to use this card, and it couldnt even be a golem mono fire. You would lose all your earth quanta.
When does the mark give its quanta? if it happened AFTER this card, then you would still be able to power 1 golem, but 1 golem isnt anything big in a golem rush deck. It would also make any ablaze creature harder to cast as well. And no offense to the master of fire, but fire decks are pretty much shut down by any form of creature control (including if your opponents only creatures control is a fire buckler) Because of this, I dont think its OP.

Although... I did just think... this + Discord.... BAD combination....
