This is way UP. Look at Parallel Universe. The creature is automatically in play for 7 quanta.

With this card, you have to actually pay for the creature, and then it dies! Bring to cost down. A lot.

The reason why the quanta is so high for this, is because you are targeting a creature in your hand, which you may not have the correct amount of quanta to play, such as a dragon.

If this does not justify it, could you recommend a quanta cost for both cards.

It'd probably be pretty specialized, but might be interesting in certain decks....

I don't think the cost is unreasonable, but I don't like that it's time. Although any specific element wouldn't work. I want to be able to run this in a monodeck to allow me to use the abilities of a creature from another element without using a duo.

Well, in the spirit of foreshadow I made it time, but this could be any element really.  I just didn't want to make it aether, because aether has PU/TU.

Ah. I misread. I still think that it is a little UP though.

How about both cost 6?
Lower cost of each by 1.

Could be useful in OTKs, though I've yet to think of a good application.

Text in card is a little misreading, as people would think you select a target on the field and add it to your hand.
How about "The selected creature in your hand is summoned on the field. Creature dies in one turn."
Also, it's still kind of UP, it's basically a nerfed version of PU that is temporary that selects cards in your hand.

quanta cost is just too high to be useful.

I'm not sure if this would be better or worse, but if the effect was to actually summon the target creature for 6-7 time permanently, that'd be something.
