Well, 2 clocks would do the same as one clock, how about giving it a better attack and for every clock on the field the clock loses 1 attack, for a minimum of 2 attack?

Too complicated. You can't write this into card. This,way,it's less fractable and balanced.

But it's only because you called it that and named the ability as such.  Just keep in mind I am addressing the thematics, not it's position in the meta.

That idea came from tick tocks. A clock deals with sound. More clocks,more sound. So,that's why I keep that.

Specifically:

Gains +1 per 4 clocks. I would remove the "can't be delayed" and add a sacrifice ability instead to buff the non fractal usage.
