Is the Ability Cumulative or Not?

I don't know why a Scarecrow, but the ability is not cumulative, it's written in the card.

how would this affect a lycan or something that gets lobotimized, would it lose the attack point and then gain the health afterwards? And then what if you used butterfly effect? would it lose another point of attack?

What? If a Lycan gets Lobotomized before using it's ability it would become 1/3. If you use Butterfly Effect on the Lycan it'll become 0/1.
