Overpowered. This is NOT a forced combo, since has Drain Life, Nightmare, Vampire Stilleto and Minor Vampire for healing. Creating a mono which has those cards in big numbers is quite easy, let alone this card can extremely buff Ghostmare, Flying Vampire Daggers and Vampiretals.
A signle Minor Vampire would heal 4 instead of 2 (6 with Nightfall, 8 with Eclipse), a single Vampire would heal 8 instead of 4 (10 with Nightfall, 12 with Eclipse), a single Vampire Stilleto would heal 8 instead of 4 (10 if flying with Nightfall, 12 if flying with Eclipse), a single Vampire Dagger would heal 12 instead of 6 (14 if flying with Nightfall, 16 if flying with Eclipse). Drain Life and Nightmare are not buffed a lot, so they're pretty balanced with this card.

I'd rather make it a permanent like Nightfall | Eclipse.
It's not shield, but its effect is not stacked.

BTW is this make the draining damage double, or just make double healing and deal same damage?

remember there are ways to counter the vampire skill antimatter,and lobo. and if the creature gains vampire u could have the chance of infection increase.

Pretty much every creature and weapon in the game can be a "vampiric thing", so +1 vote to "not forced".

This synergies with darkness itself.

Less forced of a combo than before, at least, but any situational use is overridden by the fact that every Vampiric creature essentially gains a permanent inverted version of Skyblitz for a lower cost. (instead of double damage to the opponent, double healing it dealt to you instead) Drain Life also becomes a much more effective bolt than Fire Bolt since Fire Bolt now has to contend with a bolt with 4 damage and +4 healing per 10 quanta as opposed to Fire Bolt's 3 damage per 10 quanta.

A set value is easier to balance than one that scales with other factors on the field. I recommend you have the ability be 'Gain X HP whenever you drain HP or quanta from the opponent.", as Darkness drains both HP and quanta.
