The upgraded card is probably OP.
The unupped card is possibly balanced.

Dimension Tap is an interesting mechanic.

Typos in the table:
Cost needs the  :aether symbol after the number.
2/4 should be 2|4.
+2/+4 should be +2|+4

yeah actually I had spore for a while and then I found elements and was like, OMG this is so cool they have stuff from spore!!!
Also thanks for the advice on balancing, i think I got really lucky since this is my first crd and all.... ;D
