I think I see where the misinterpretation's coming from - the way it is worded right now it looks like a spell.

Try changing the wording to:
" 0 : Power Surge
Gain 2 quanta of the chosen type. This card deals 3 damage to you."
That should clear things up.

Also like patchx said you'll need to link the art.
