This is one of those cards that I just want to be in time so I can abuse it with SoRe....Otherwise, it's giving +4 | +4 a turn, essentially. Nothing special. The switching isn't too useful.

One of the problems with implementing ideas is the lack of potential lost due to what has yet to be added.
Hehe.Someone managed to stop my ninja edits. Yay....Why does the upped cost more, out of interest?... Surely just reducing the ability cost by 1'll be enough?

+2 HP is not really a buff for growth effects, imo.... Well, I don't know how effective -1 quanta really is over time... Extra +2 per three uses?...Mweh, not in my place to balance. Can't balance things ;-;
